My new someone met my friends last night

What is going on in my suburb?
I saw TWO different guys being worked on by paramedics and taken away in ambulances in the space of an hour this morning. One was convulsing and having a seizure before they came. I walked back 10 minutes later and he was sitting up and talking to them, so that a relief.
